Mr.Gar is a level 11 hero and is the owner of Gars Hero Supply And Bodega. He is also manager of Lakewood Plaza Turbo. When he is angry he can be very harsh to his employees and says he is very disappointed. He cares very much about justice and protects Lakewood Plaza Turbo along with Rad, Enid, And K.O. He also used to know Carol somehow but that as unfortunately not been reveled how they know each other.
